Troubled popstar Britney Spears was escorted from her Beverly Hills mansion in an ambulance today (31 January) shortly after 1a.m. to UCLA Medical Center, where she is believed to be on a ‘mental health evaluation hold’ on the orders of her psychiatrist.

After having an argument with her manager/pal Sam Lutfi, who was trying to get her to see her mother and a psychologist as well as aking her to stop seeing her paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, Britney Spears reunites with her parents Jamie and Lynne Spears, but was spotted driving around Los Angeles with Adnan afterwards.

Despite reports suggesting that Britney Spears got dropped from low-budget film “Memoirs Of A Medicated Child,” recent reports mentioned that the “Gimme More” singer is probably not losing her role in the project.

After having dinner at the Gaucho Grill again with paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and getting in an argument with him, Britney and Adnan went their separate ways.
With the trailing paparazzi, the pop star then drove with her producer Sam Lutfi to the San Fernando Valley, speeding up to 100 mph.
